| - Frost and Front Steps Midterms finished yesterday, and they give us today off. Yay. ^_^
My final project consists of three songs. If anyone wants any, find me on AIM or something. No webspace and whatnot.
Oh, and does anyone have any experience with making PSX games work? I can't get Breath of Fire III to work. Other games work, other burned games work, but I can't get this one. I hope it's not just because it's an old disc or something unfixable like that... I shudder to think how difficult it would be to find a copy. -_-
| - Slip like Space I feel accomplished today. I had free time during class so I made a 1:30 piano rendition of Liquor Bar and Drunkard. ^_^ Nowhere to host though, so you'll have to find me on AIM and ask for it. Which isn't really that hard to do, unless you're across the world or something. =P
I went to this new Asian restaurant for dinner today. They were expensive, but that was DAMN good Beef Teriyaki.
| - All Warm Life is good, I ended up picking a course not requiring very much work at all. I almost have a finished MIDI of Autumn Leaves, and I'm debating what song to arrange after that. Any suggestions, people?
I'm finally picking up that damn intro to Holy Orders. And now I have to work on playing it in E instead of D.
| - Wanderer's GuildMidterms started today. Whee. For three weeks, my school is going to consist of composing and playing jazz, as well as going to very late concerts. Problem is with the last part. Especially because I get home WEdnesday night at 1 AM, and they expect me to be at school well rested 7 hours after that. Better than normal school, I guess. =P Except for the matter of not seeing my friends for three weeks, but... I had to pick one of those courses, music is the least painful. ^_^ | | |
| As I write now, we're about to leave to perform in my teacher's concert at the Riverhead library. Well, one of my teachers. I suppose I'm lucky to have two slightly recognizable guys teaching me piano... Ranny Reeve and Hal McKusick, if you've ever heard of 'em. ^_^ This concert's with the former. And my parents are bothering me to help them load the car. Wish me luck! | | |
